3. The best way to ship shears is in USPS Priority Mail Small Flate Box. These boxes are available free in any USPS lobby. The size is perfect for shears. The cost is approximately $7 regardless of weight. Tracking and $100 of insurance is included. Add enough protective packing to protect the shears. Enclose Sharpening Service Request Form and check, if not paying online.
